Management Structure

A sound organisational structure, represented in the figure below has been adopted, for an efficient and effective management, offering transparency, openness and reactivity.

The responsibility of the overall management of the project lies with the German Aerospace Center (DLR), which has experience of coordinating and conducting national and international projects in the field of solid oxide fuel cells. A dedicated Project Management Team, led by Scientific Coordinator consisting of Research and Technical Development (RTD) Manager and Administrative, Financial and Legal (AFL) Manager is put in place that will provide day-to-day support to the Executive Committee on key matters and during the decision making procedure and will assist in communication with the FCH-JU commission. The Executive Committee will be formed by all work package leaders, together with one representative of each partner who does not act as a work package leader. The Executive Committee has the task of regulating partner interaction and overseeing the progress of the project. Details on the role of each component of the management are given below.

The project EVOLVE has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) for the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Technology Initiative under grant  agreement n°303429.
